A key focus of our work is Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) improvement and compliance. Many of the properties we refurbish have outdated or expiring EPC ratings. Our team delivers targeted upgrades designed to meet evolving efficiency standards while improving comfort and reducing long-term energy costs for residents.
Typical EPC upgrade works include:
Installation of internal wall insulation (IWI) in line with EPC recommendations
Central heating and electric heating upgrades, including modern storage heaters
